Install upgraded lifts and provide new openings to serve all floors. Demolition and disposal. Upgrade the interior design and refurbishment of all bedrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Redesign the reception area to provide a more aesthetic and functional solution to mail handling. Undertake works that will improve the reliability of heating and hot water supply. Improve performance and efficiency of the building. Innovative ways to meet sustainability targets. External facade repairs Window overhauls Additional information: The Contractor is to be equipped with the skillset of designing and implementing a large-scale refurbishment to the Universities requirements. Working collaboratively with the University and wider stakeholders to deliver the scheme on-time and on-budget. Time management is critical to project success.
