A full, open and compliant procurement exercise under PCR 2015 has been undertaken. The procurement followed an open procedure under the PCR Light Touch Regime (reg 74-76) to source a single provider for the provision of services resulting in a positive outcome. An Invitation To Tender and FTS notice was issued on 22nd August 2022 through the procurement e-portal and the tender closed on 29th September 2022. The procurement was undertaken in three stages, including Stage 1 Compliance (pass/fail minimum standards), Stage 2 Quality (Method Statements) and Stage 3 Price (pass/fail.)

Renewal: The Authority is seeking to award a contract to a provider for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by a further period of 2 years (1+1) = 5 years.
