Hire of Site Accommodation and Storage Containers for North Tyneside Council including but not limited to: - Anti Vandal Offices - Anti Vandal Canteens - Anti Vandal Drying Rooms - Combination Units (Office/Container) - Welfare Cabins - Polling Station - Welfare Units - Storage Containers - Security Containers - Secure Containers Including items such as: - Furniture - Staircases - Bench Seating - Toilet Units etc Harres Fencing is also included in this opportunity.

Options: Container sizes could be different to those specified if they met Authority Requirements, this could be verified using a notification process or take the chance the bid would be rejected if on submission sizes were found not to be appropriate.

Renewal: This Contract shall commence on 1st April 2023 until 31st March 2026, with the option to extend for up to a further 1-year period at the Authority's sole discretion. If the Authority wishes to exercise the extension option as provided in the General Conditions of Contract and gives the Contractor not less than 1 months' notice in writing before the expiry of the original Contract Period, the Contract Period shall be so extended by such notice for a further period as specified in such notice and upon the same terms and conditions.
