### Procurement Information

The London Borough of Lewisham wishes to purchase this site. The site is only available for sale to the London Borough of Lewisham on the condition that the development is constructed by NCRE's appointed contractor, Charles Edward Limited. As the site may only be purchased as part of this development package, and would not otherwise be available for sale to the London Borough of Lewisham, the works may be provided only by a particular economic operator. Accordingly, the contracting authority (acting as agent for the London Borough of Lewisham) is permitted to award the contract without prior publication pursuant to regulation 32(2)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
