### Lot Information

Lot 1 Wagon Type FNA-D

Lot 1 is exclusively for FNA-D Wagons that require the Overhaul A Service. The demand is for an anticipated 30 x FNA-D Wagons with a future potential for an additional 10 x FNA-D Wagons (equaling a total of 40). Additional information: The tenderer can bid for either lot 1 or lot 2 or bid for both lots 1 & 2. However, each lot will be assessed within its own rights and each lot will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous tender for that specific lot.

Options: The initial contract term is for three years with an option for 2 twelve-month extensions.

Renewal: An option to extend a further two (2) x 12 month periods to a maximum of 5 years.

Lot 2 Wagon Type: KUA & KXA-C

Lot 2 is exclusively for 2 x KUA and 6 x KXA-C Wagons that require the General Repair Service. Additional information: The tenderer can bid for either lot 1 or lot 2 or bid for both lots 1 & 2. However, each lot will be assessed within its own rights and each lot will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous tender for that specific lot.
