## Summary

The estimated value of the Contract over its lifetime is PS15M and the duration of the Framework Agreement will be two years (June 2023 to June 2025) with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years.

Renewal: Two further one year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of DSRL. Any extension to the initial two year period will be based upon the continued requirement of the Framework Agreement and the performance of the individual Contractors.
