The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements. This framework is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and therefore subject to the limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 76 Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Each lot is broken down into 3 tiers. Tier 1 is the region, tier 2 is the apprenticeship route and tier 3 is the apprenticeship standard.
