Lot 1

In order to address the current vacancy gaps, pending the recruitment of permanent staff, we are commissioning an Open Framework Agreement to allow any qualified Locum Educational Psychologist/ provider to join this framework following an open tender process. This will provide a short-term solution that enables us to fulfil our obligations for the local authority and local schools, with respect to managing requests for statutory assessment advice and delivering a traded Educational Psychology Service, in a responsive manner, across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The call off procedure will be via direct call off, or a mini competition. The procurement will take place through an Open Procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Framework Agreement awarded will be for a period of four years and shall be awarded to multiple providers. Forecasts indicate that total expenditure in this area over the four- year period will be approximately PS630K.
