## Summary

Kent County Council is procuring the Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of the Multiply Numeracy Programme. The programme targets adult learners without a GSCE at Grade 4, aiming to improve numeracy skills for daily life, work, and employability. Kent County Council, the largest local authority in England, is facilitating this service under the Light Touch Regime, with a total value of £7.5 million. The procurement process is currently at the planning stage, and key dates include market engagement events on 21st and 27th September 2022.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses experienced in education and training services to participate in delivering the Multiply Numeracy Programme. Companies with expertise in providing numeracy support to adult learners and innovative educational services are well-suited to compete in this dynamic purchasing process. Kent County Council aims to appoint suppliers through this system, offering prospects for growth and collaboration in the education sector, with a particular focus on improving numeracy skills among adult learners.
