It is our intention to undertake an extension and variation of an existing contract. ### Procurement Information

TPE's current fleet of TVMs will no longer be supported by the supplier due to life expired components. TPE has a contractual option to extend for two years and given this, business continuity, system resilience and affordability it is deemed the optimal approach to take this extension albeit with new hardware. This will also minimise change impact as any change in contracting partner at this juncture would cause significant inconvenience and substantial duplication of cost.
