## Notice

Tullie House Museum & Art Gallery Trust is seeking to appoint a team of consultants to provide Design Team Services (the services). The Design Lead and Architect will be expected to lead the bid and include appropriate consultants for Structural & Civil Engineering and MEP Engineering, with optional principal Designer and Contract Administrator services. The immediate appointment will be for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of a master plan produced in 2019 but subsequently adapted. It is intended that each member of the design team will be directly appointed by Tullie House as the Employer. Tenderers are also asked to provide pricing for subsequent phases as explained.

Lot 1

Tullie House is seeking a design team to include Lead Designer/Architect, Structural/Civil Engineering and MEP Engineering, with the option of additionally providing Principal Designer and Contract Administration. All team members should have industry standard qualifications, experience, and skills to support us in the development and delivery of Project Tullie Phases 2 and 3. A review will be required of the current masterplan. The review will be high-level to ensure that Phases 2 and 3 do not prohibit delivery of the overall masterplan. Additional information: Any enquiries relating to this ITT should be submitted to Abbie Summers at FWP Ltd, abbie.summers@fwp.uk.com by 30 September 2022. Your ITT response must be submitted to sam.shuttleworth@fwp.uk.com by 09:00 hrs on 10 October 2022.

Options: Lead Designer/Architect, Structural/Civil Engineering and MEP Engineering, with the option of additionally providing Principal Designer and Contract Administration. Details can be found in the Invitation to Tender and appendices.

Renewal: The continuation of the contract for the Phase 3 works RIBA Stage 4-7 will be dependent on a successful Round 2 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund and satisfactory delivery of the Schedule of Services.
