We completed an exercise to appoint finance companies to administer loans and grants for the Clean Air Zone. The route used was a mini competition under Bath and North East Somerset's Vehicle Asset Finance framework. The finance companies will form part of a panel who will be responsible for handling the loans and grants that the Bristol City Council (funded by JAQU/CAF) are providing to those who are eligible for the CAZ financial support package in order to change to compliant vehicles.
