The remit of the Delivery Provider will be fully defined at the time of any ITT. The Delivery Provider would be procured as a large team (approximately 20-50 people), comprised of several smaller teams, each with a different focus and related technical skill set. These teams will likely change in size over the course of the contract, reflecting shifts in requirement priorities, and will be expected to work in an agile environment. The currently planned set of teams and a brief description of their roles is as follows: * Platform Team. Develop, deliver, and support a new build workspace hosting environment and the user access devices with which to access it. * Workspace Team. Develop, deliver, and support the new build workspace (desktop operating systems and client-hosted services) used by end users. * Services Team. Develop, deliver, and support the services used by end users and other services in support of the new build workspace. * Data/Apps Remediation Team. Transitioning historic services and associated secure data. * Operations Team. Supporting live services.
