They will relay information, facilitate communication with others and ensure service users are able to get about safely; they will be neutral, alert and give information, not advice, without prior selection or processing.

They will relay information, facilitate communication with others and ensure service users are able to get about safely; they will be neutral, alert and give information, not advice, without prior selection or processing.

Renewal: The contract may be further tendered after the 4 year period.
