Renewal: The contract can be extended for a further 12 months and then a further 12 months after that.

Lot 2 - West Area

EDC require accredited and experienced damp and rot treatment contractors to carry out various damp and rot remedial works as required to both the Councils housing stock and non-domestic building estate in the West area which includes: Milngavie Bearsden Bishopbriggs

Renewal: This contract can be extended for a further 12 months and then another 12 months after that.

Lot 3 - East Area

EDC require accredited and experienced damp and rot treatment contractors to carry out various damp and rot remedial works as required to both the Councils housing stock and non-domestic building estate in the East Area which includes: Lennoxtown Milton of Campsie Twechar Torrance Balmore

Renewal: This contract can be extended for a further 12 months and then a another 12 months after that.
