## Notice

Value Based / Innovation Offers

Value Based Procurement (VBP) is founded in the principles within Value Based and Prudent Healthcare. The concept of systematically capturing and measuring both clinical and patient outcomes are firmly embedded within the strategic plans of all organisations and through the recommendations outlined at a National level i.e., Planned Care Board, coupled with the work in place to capture cost in a range of areas using the technology i.e., TDABC Time Driven Activity Based Costing and PLICs Patient Level Costing. Triangulating Value Based Procurement with these approaches will only add to the delivery of a Value Based healthcare system for NHS Wales.
