Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and Durham - Up to PS1,000,000

Direct Award from NEPO 207 Lot 8 NESST is one of the University's key projects to radically refurbish and extend an existing life expired building in line with an ambitious Capital Programme, which it wishes to deliver in line with its Corporate Strategy. The opportunity is being jointly funded by the University, a Research Partner, and Government Funding (SCIF & PSDS3c). This procurement is for Pre-Construction Services with resultant Design & Build contract expected in Q4 2024.

Renewal: This Framework Contract will be direct replacement for the current NEPO207 Building and Construction Works Solution. It is anticipated that upon expiry, the solution will be re-procured.

Tees Valley - Up to PS1,000,000

Lot 2 will cover projects with an initial budgeted value of PS1,000,000 within the boundaries of the Tees Valley.

Renewal: This Framework Contract will be direct replacement for the current NEPO207 Building and Construction Works Solution. It is anticipated that upon expiry, the solution will be re-procured.

Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, and Durham - PS1,000,000 - PS3,000,000

Lot 3 will cover projects with an initial budgeted value of between PS1,000,000 and PS3,000,000 within the boundaries of Northumberland County, Tyne and Wear and County Durham.
