## Summary

Newcastle City Council, acting as the Lead Authority for NEPO, is conducting a Flexible Procurement Agreement for Independent Foster Care Services. The tender covers various service categories such as Standard Support, Extra Support, Enhanced Support, Parent and Baby/Child, Parent and Baby/Child Assessment, and Staying Put. The procurement process follows the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and is at the active stage. The agreement allows multiple providers to deliver services on a non-exclusive basis with options to extend beyond the initial contract period of 1080 days.

This tender provides opportunities for businesses to participate in delivering Independent Foster Care Services in the Health and Social Work Services category. Businesses that can provide high-quality services with a focus on social value while also being competitive in pricing are well-suited to compete. The flexible nature of the agreement, along with the potential for multiple extensions, offers a platform for business growth and long-term partnerships with local authorities and organisations involved in the procurement process.
