This will be in line with current dates of expiry with additional assessments to potentially new build properties, acquisitions and for changes to systems. * Auditing of 5% of remedial works completed. * Consultancy to SHG on Legionella and Water Hygiene matters, as and when required. * Water quality sampling and analysis for Legionella, total viable count, E Coli, Coliforms, and any other sampling as defined by ourselves as required. Renewal: There will be two additional optional renewals of 12 months after completion of the initial 36 month term Legionella monthly monitoring, servicing and inspection, cleaning/descaling & disinfection of various assets and reactive maintenance Lot B of the Contract is designed to deliver: * Monthly monitoring of temperatures (outlets and water assets). * Quarterly inspection, cleaning and disinfection of shower/spray tap heads/hoses. * Annual inspection of cold-water storage tanks and calorifiers. * Annual descale and disinfection of thermostatic mixer valves (TMV's) in commercial properties/buildings. * Cleaning and disinfection of tanks, calorifiers and associated water systems as required. * 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year-round reactive maintenance cover. * Water quality sampling and analysis for Legionella, total viable count, E Coli, Coliforms, and any other sampling as defined by ourselves as required.
