## Summary

The Nottinghamshire County Council is conducting a procurement process to establish a framework agreement for the provision of e-Resources for the East Midlands Library (EMLIB) Consortium. The procurement process involves multiple councils in the East Midlands, including Nottingham City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Derby City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council, and Rutland County Council. The framework agreement, with a term of 4 years from April 1, 2023, aims to provide e-Books, e-Audiobooks, e-Magazines, and e-Newspapers.

This tender presents an opportunity for suppliers in the library services industry to engage in a competitive procurement process for various lots, such as e-Books, e-Audiobooks, e-Magazines, and e-Newspapers. Businesses specializing in digital content provision, particularly in the areas of eBooks, e-Audiobooks, e-Magazines, and e-Newspapers, are well-suited to participate in this procurement process. The framework agreement allows for extensions up to 6 years, offering long-term business prospects for successful suppliers.
