The successful tenderer will be required to manage the changes anticipated with the proposed Liberty Protection Safeguards in regards to the advocacy services required as a result. This contract is being let by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, and Middlesbrough Council, with Stockton acting as the lead commissioner.
