Works will be delivered on a design & build basis under JCT MWD 2016/SBCC MWD 2016 and the Contractor will be expected to act in the role of Lead and Principal Designer. A National framework will be established with the award of single provider frameworks by region (lot). Works will be awarded by the Direct Award procedure Renewal: The framework may be extended for a further period of 12 months subject to funding and programme requirements.
