Options: The Authority may extend the Framework Agreement by a further period (or periods) up to a maximum of 24 months. The total term of the Framework shall not exceed 4 years.

Renewal: The initial duration of the Framework shall be 24 months unless it is terminated in accordance with the provisions set out in the Framework Agreement. The Authority may extend the Framework Agreement by a further period or periods up to a maximum of 24 months in addition to the initial term.
