The service involves: County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust A single digital system is required to provide a high-quality, collaborative occupational health and wellbeing service for the workforce of the participating NHS organisations with the potential to include other NHS Trusts within the ICS

Lot 1

The Contracting Authority is seeking a single digital service which is cloud-based and has been designed for use by occupational health and wellbeing services. This includes functionality to include pre-employment checks, health surveillance, immunisation and vaccination, management referrals, self-referral, physiotherapy, management of needlestick injuries, psychological support and wellbeing checks. The system must be able to provide detailed reports on the metrics of each of these services.

Options: Any variations to the contract will be in line with Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015

Renewal: with 2 x optional 12 month extensions in line with Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015
