The successful organisation will be an established specialist provider of Domestic Abuse Advocacy and Support Services to women, as well as male victims, and their families, delivering a high-quality individual needs-led service in compliance with equal opportunities, diversity, health, and safety and with the general duties and accountabilities to service users and the council. Renewal: The contract is for an initial term of three years with an option to extend for a further two years in periods of one-year (3+1+1 years). Safe Accommodation: Refuge Support and Management and Floating Support Lot 2: Safe Accommodation: Refuge Support and Management and Floating Support Harrow Council is seeking a provider to deliver refuge accommodation and support services for Domestic Abuse survivors, utilising a service user-centred approach to address the multiple needs of the service users.
