## Notice

We do not have the in-house ability or facilities to undertake these statutory tasks in-house and therefore it was necessary for us to go to the External Market in order for the Council to comply with its statutory obligations. The contract value is a approximate estimated spend over a four year term. The value will depend on the works identified.
