This is not an exhaustive list or in any way limited to the following identified requirements: * Remote Support * Attended Support * Service Visits * Proof Testing of Functional Safety System * Audit Trail of Support / Maintenance and Modifications * Maintaining System Documentation & Drawings. A 10-year support contract period is required. Tenders must therefore be provided for a 10 year period.
