Renewal: Procurement for the replacement will be commenced in 2026

Band 2 Construction PS750k to PS4.5m Projects

The Construction Lot 2 will cover building works and associated construction requirements for projects between PS750,000 and PS4.5m for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

Renewal: The procurement for the replacement framework will commence in 2026

Band 3 Construction PS4m + Projects

The Construction Lot 3 will cover building works and associated construction requirements for projects between PS4m plus for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

Renewal: The procurement to replace the framework shall commence is 2026

Band 4 Building Services PS0 to PS250k Projects

The Building Services Lot 4 will cover mechanical, electrical and plumbing and other associated requirements for projects between PS0 and PS250,000 for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

Renewal: Procurement for the replacement will be commenced in 2026

Band 5 Building Services PS150k to PS1.5m Projects

The Building Services Lot 5 will cover mechanical, electrical and plumbing and other associated requirements for projects between PS150,000 and PS1.5m for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027.
