The aim of this service is to improve the safety and outcomes of victims/survivors of abuse within the borough engaging with statutory services, as well as improve the response of LBHF's statutory services to domestic abuse through training and consultation. Additional information: The service will include additional provision for victims/survivors of abuse with complex and multiple disadvantage (insecure immigration status, complex mental health needs, substance misuse). To best serve the borough and reflect the diverse needs of victims/survivors, we particularly welcome bids from specialist by and for services, including consortium bids. Impact Project (Domestic Abuse Criminal Justice Project) Performance & Review Service Lot 2 pertains to the commissioning of co-ordination services of the Criminal Justice element of the co-located project. The Criminal Justice Performance and Review service monitors Domestic Abuse cases through the criminal justice system from the point of arrest to case disposal.
