## Summary

The Haringey Council is planning a major works partnering contract for the refurbishment of their housing stock, with an estimated value of GBP600,000,000.00 to GBP800,000,000.00 over a 10.5-year term. The procurement involves four partnering contracts with different service providers to deliver the Council's Capital Housing Repairs and Maintenance Programme between November 2023 and March 2034. Key objectives include meeting the Decent Homes Standard by 2025, achieving an EPC B rating in all homes by 2035, and maintaining statutory safety standards in all blocks.

This planned procurement presents significant business growth opportunities for service providers in the refurbishment, construction, decoration, and installation industries. Companies specializing in refurbishment work, construction of multi-dwelling buildings, fitting kitchens, bathrooms construction, and insulation work would be well-suited to compete for these contracts. The Council's commitment to investing in housing stock and supporting SME supply chains offers a platform for growth and partnership opportunities within the borough.
