### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Port has subcontracted all elements of its biomass materials handling service for one client, except for the operation of the cranes which unload the ships. The operation comprises all elements from the operation of the quayside hoppers, through all phases until reloaded for export. Additionally, as the biomass tends to generate a large amount of dust, cleaning services also support the handling operations.

Options: The Port shall be entitled to extend the agreement by serving written notice on the Supplier not less than one month before the end of the Initial Term.

Renewal: Maximum period of 12 months
