## Notice

ExtraCare is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to undertake fire risk assessments and associated services detailed below for ExtraCare village locations, schemes, Head Office and retail units.

Renewal: The Contract is intended to start on 01 April 2023 or as otherwise agreed. The contract will have an initial firm period of three years, with an option to extend for a further two years.
