The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) sought to commission an organisation that could support the delivery of the Falls & Fragility Fracture Audit Programme (FFFAP) which is a national clinical audit of hip fractures and inpatient falls, as well as the organisation of discrete services dedicated to secondary fracture prevention. The contract will initially be delivered for NHS-funded care in England and Wales, for a period of three years. There is potential to extend the contract for up to two additional years and to include additional aspirational intent. The maximum potential ceiling value is PS6,277,730.00 GBP excluding VAT. This procurement is for public clinical services which fall under the 'Public Contract Regulations (PCR2015)' for the purpose of the Regulations.

Options: Option to extend the contract by up to a maximum of 24 months

Renewal: Extension Options as set out in the Specifciation (Annex A of the ITT). Contract renewal subject to future funding approval.
