In support of its ongoing operations, Mersey Docks and Harbour has completed a regulated procurement competitive tender process, working in collaboration with our client to design and build a new warehouse at our Birkenhead site.

Undertake a UXO Scan 2. Main Contract:- a. Full design and build of a 15,250m2 (154,000 sq ft) warehouse b. Contractor to be Principal Designer (PD) and Principal Contractor (PC) under CDM 2015 Regulations c. Ground preparation and foundation works d. Warehouse frame, cladding and roof lights e.
