Supply of Medical Gases in Cylinders - Ranked Framework. The ranked framework will be open to participating Trusts of the Thames Valley and Wessex Pharmacy Procurement Service. Due to the evolving structure of the NHS, other NHS organisations to which participating Trusts are affiliated or become affiliated will be granted access to this framework, for example Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Any successor bodies of any of the participating Trusts shall be deemed Participating Authorities for the purposes of this Framework Agreement and entitled to place Orders.
