## Notice

This procurement has been divided down into the following Lots: Lot 1 will include the servicing and maintenance of Platform lifts to Public Buildings and Schools within the City of Southend-on-Sea under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot however, tenderers may apply for more than one Lot. Lot 2 will include a fully comprehensive servicing and maintenance provision for Hydraulic and Traction Passenger Lifts in Public Buildings within the City of Southend-on-Sea under a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition. The Council are seeking to appoint one service provider for this Lot however, tenderers may apply for more than one Lot.
