Options: Options provided under this Contract include: If instructed by the Council in accordance with Schedule 12 (Change Protocol), or change in law, introduce additional recycling streams including for example food waste, garden waste and paper and card with potential changes in collection frequency.

Renewal: Initial Contract will be for 8 years plus option for up to a maximum extension of 12 years is available in periods of no less than one (1) year and no more than a single extension period of twelve (12) years
