Each specialist provider will enter into a separate MTC contract with ng homes to provide asbestos related works and services, and the contracts will run in parallel with each other to form a framework to comply with ng homes policy for the management of asbestos containing materials. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
