The Framework Agreement will appoint one Primary Contractor and one Secondary Contractor. There is no guaranteed level of business. Services will be commissioned on an ad-hoc basis. Suppliers will be ranked on the framework based on their ranking on the initial framework tender process. Under this procurement the Contractor(s) will be required to support the Clients social value objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions and / or award criteria may relate, in particular, to social value. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough on the eTendersNI Homepage. No other method of submission will be accepted.
