## Summary

The Welsh Government has completed an open tender process for the "Out of Work Service" in the health and social work services category. Contracts have been awarded for 7 lots covering different regional areas such as Gwent, North Wales, and Swansea Bay. The procurement stage is the tender, with bids required to be uploaded by 14:00 on 15 August 2022. The buying organisation, Welsh Government, based in Cardiff, United Kingdom, is seeking suppliers to deliver peer mentoring support to individuals recovering from substance misuse and mental ill-health and who are unemployed or not in education, employment, or training.

This procurement process presents business growth opportunities for organisations providing health and social work services, community health services, guidance and counselling services, and personal development training services. Businesses interested in providing peer mentoring support to vulnerable groups in different regions in Wales, including Gwent, Dyfed, and Cardiff & Vale, would be well-suited to compete. The procurement method is an open procedure, allowing a diverse range of suppliers, including small and medium enterprises, to participate and contribute to improving the well-being of those in need.
