Suppliers may specify their preferences in terms of region, project value and work type including but not limited to roofing, insulation, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrics, painting, decorating, adaptations, scaffolding, groundworks, landscaping, demolition, security, cleaning, waste collection and disposal. To optimise efficiency and compliance in both procurement and delivery of a project, this DPS is designed to be used in tandem with B2G frameworks where a significant part of the project may be sub-contracted, and in which case the B2G framework supplier may assign it in whole or part to their approved / specialist contractor registered on the DPS, who then contracts with the authority under the DPS and delivers the works, supplies and or services under the auspices of the B2G framework supplier, who continues to oversee delivery of the project. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Projects may be single or multi-site projects, programmes or term contracts depending on the scale and requirement of each contracting authority.
