Urban Design and Building Services are responsible for the design and maintenance related services to over 300 major sites comprising Schools, Public Libraries, Sports Facilities, Community Centres, Day Centres, Youth Centres, Office Accommodation, Low and High Rise Residential Properties and Public Open Spaces.
