Remediation works to current fire doors, including but not limited to replacement hinges, handles, closers, letter plates, adjustment of hinges/closers, installation of drop seals, installation of intermittent strips/seals etc., by accredited fitters. The works shall be carried out at occupied properties that are owned / managed by the Employer.
