The framework aims to provide construction works for residential developments, commercial buildings, community facilities, education establishments, and healthcare buildings. The tender process is complete, with the recent contract awards signed on 17th March 2023 for all regional lots. This tender opportunity can benefit businesses involved in construction works, architectural services, and engineering. Companies interested in residential or commercial developments, as well as those offering design and build capabilities, are well-suited to compete.
