The core services will be planned preventative maintenance (104 engineer days per year rising to 128 from 2025), callouts, reactive repairs and 24/7/365 remote monitoring. The contractor will deploy engineers who are qualified to work on Distech Controls BMS systems and able to support end-of-life Satchwell systems.
