## Summary

The Thames Valley Police is planning a procurement process for the acquisition of Digital Triage Tools, a software package and information systems product. Interested parties must complete a questionnaire by 6th January 2023. The purchase value is £250,000 in GBP. The main procurement category is goods, and the procurement process is at the planning stage. The tender presents an opportunity for suppliers who can provide digital forensic triage software tools suitable for use by various teams in the police forces of Thames Valley, Hampshire, and Isle of Wight.

The procurement process, initiated by Thames Valley Police, aims to engage suppliers in commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies to collect and analyse digital evidence. Interested parties will have the chance to demonstrate solutions at a pre-market engagement session scheduled for February 2023. This tender is relevant for businesses involved in software development, data-processing equipment, and police equipment industries. Suppliers with expertise in digital forensic tools and software solutions are well-suited to compete for this opportunity.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Thames Valley Police (TVP) and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are interested in suppliers that can provide a range of Digital Forensic Triage Software Tools, those that can be used by multi-disciplined front line teams for evidential collection and analysis, and those that can be used for analysis and evidential prioritisation of digital devices, complementing an already existing suite of triage technologies. Solutions must work with the CAID dataset, and should support relevant accreditation standards ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 where applicable Additional information: Interested parties will have an opportunity to engage with Thames Valley Police and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary stakeholders and demonstrate solutions at a virtually hosted pre-market engagement session, provisionally scheduled for February 2023
