The project started in March 2020 and ends in June 2023. The deadline for providing the summative assessment report to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is 28th February 2023, with an earlier draft submission due on 27th January 2023. The Summative Assessments need to be provided to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities prior to the final quarter of the project therefore no later than the 28th of February 2023. The supplier must therefore provide their findings and draft summative assessment report to the University of Birmingham by 27th January 2023 in accordance with the below schedule. In line with latest ERDF guidance published in August 2017, the University of Birmingham invites suppliers to undertake an evaluation of the ATETA Project and provide a final summative/evaluation assessment report together with a summary (both in word and pdf documents) in line with the requirements of the ERDF summative assessment guidance and further requirements noted within the RFQ document. The Summative assessment is intended to provide insights into project performance and impact. The summative assessment should help us to understand the difference that the ATETA Project has made in the local economy, communities and beneficiary groups. The maximum budget for the evaluation service is up to a maximum of PS20,000 inclusive of VAT.
