This procurement will follow the OPEN PROCEDURE under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. This procurement is being set up utilising the structure of a framework agreement in accordance with regulation 27 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Services under this Framework will include providing a full range of construction and mechanical & electrical maintenance related works at all their schools and academies. Please note: The Trust requires a direct relationship with each local media supplier. This opportunity is divided into two lots. Lot 1 - General Maintenance and Builders works Lot 2 - Mechanical and Electrical works The term of the Framework will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 year at the discretion of the Trust, subject to satisfactory performance.
