In order to help us gather the information needed for this work and to ensure equity of access for the population of West Yorkshire ICB, we would ask any companies with a technology that would fulfil the description of isCGM or rtCGM detailed in the NICE guidelines NG28, NG17, NG18, NG3 to complete a questionnaire.
