The scope of work broadly comprises: Platform including Internet Connectivity, Printing Devices & Printing Networks, Devices & Device Management, On-premises ICT Infrastructure, Telephony Devices & Networks, Mobile Device Management, Service Desk, Apps and User Accounts, Data Storage, Domain ownership, Asset and Inventory Management and security.
